Working closely with Unit Managers or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with: Administering medication, personal care, team supervisions, developing, implementing and updating care plans adhering to CQC guidelines, coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs.

Qualifications:
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold and NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, and have experience within a similar role.
