City Site Solutions are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our clients growing business to identify and develop new opportunities in Scotland and the North of England and to maintain and expand their market presence within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotech Environment. Role: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and selected existing customers for the ongoing development of new business. Build strong trusted relationships with strategic and focus clients and develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities across new business and existing key clients. Work with internal Project Managers to ensure high level of client selection and retention. To support the agreed strategic target clients and prospects by making business telephone calls, in-person and collaborative visits, along with presentations to increase the profile of the company. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales or a related field. Demonstrate success in selling complex engineering solutions or services, particularly in highly regulated industries like Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotech.
