Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 Hours Per Week (Flexible working required to meet business's needs)
Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading facilities management provider as a Contract Manager specializing in Hard Services. The successful candidate will manage all contract-related activities across Oxford ensuring the effective delivery of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/quoted works to the highest standards.
What you'll do:
1. Contract Management: Oversee all contract management activities, ensuring that PPM and reactive/quoted works are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
2. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and ensuring regular updates on ongoing projects and works.
3. SLA and KPI Management: Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are consistently met, keeping clients informed of progress.
4. Site Visits: Conduct site visits in response to enquiries, assess risks, and gather necessary information to facilitate accurate quotations.
5. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all quality, safety, and environmental processes are followed, including risk assessments, method statements, and work permits.
6. Job Monitoring: Oversee all active jobs, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and escalations are in place. Ensure systems are updated accordingly.
7. Reporting: Collate and prepare operational and performance data for both internal and client reports.
8. Team Leadership: Assist in the management and leadership of the property services team, overseeing work allocation, attendance, performance management, and providing support and motivation as needed.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Contract Management for Hard Services within the Facilities Management industry.
2. A technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) is preferred.
3. Proven ability to manage KPI-driven contracts.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems.
