Key Responsibilities
1. Provide clear guidance to employees on correct billing processes and procedures
2. Build strong relationships with the finance team to ensure best practices
3. Handle queries from clients and internal teams regarding invoices, billing rejections, and financial matters
4. Regularly review billing matters to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
5. Deliver training and support to legal teams, identifying gaps in knowledge and providing appropriate guidance
6. Support financial housekeeping tasks and contribute to ad-hoc projects
7. Work with the dormant balance team to reduce client costs
8. Collaborate closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations
9. Respond to correspondence and queries in a timely and professional manner
10. Process invoices accurately and efficiently
