Job Title: National Lead Clinical Supervisor (RGN/RMN) Nurse Manager, Lead Nurse
Location: Flexible Location - Home Based
This is a newly created opportunity due to business expansion, for a skilled, passionate senior qualified nurse to join a dynamic healthcare provider as Lead Clinical Supervisor. Applications are welcomed from RGN or RMN qualified nurses, nurse managers, and clinical leads, who also have some level of leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical supervision to a growing team of smoking cessation practitioners across England.
2. Organise and oversee direct observations of the national teams.
3. Manage quality assurance and have clinical oversight of the services.
4. Monitor monthly care audits across the organisation, ensuring best practice and managing & continually improving processes and procedures.
5. Participate in service development projects, driving staff performance, recruiting and onboarding new teams, and delivering clinical training across different teams.
6. Look for ways to grow existing services and innovate for continual improvement.
7. Be part of developing a business growth plan.
