We’re seeking a knowledgeable professional to carry out detailed surveys, assess roofing and insulation systems, and provide expert recommendations for residential and commercial properties. The Role: Conduct thorough surveys of roofing and insulation systems. Provide detailed reports, recommendations, and quotations for remedial and upgrade work. Ensure all surveys and assessments comply with industry standards and regulations. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Stay up to date with the latest building regulations, materials, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in roofing and/or insulation surveying (domestic or commercial). ✔ Strong understanding of roofing structures, insulation materials, and energy efficiency solutions. ✔ Excellent report writing and communication skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. ✔ Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
