ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Purpose:
The Campaign Executive is responsible for the hands-on execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and CRM platform (HubSpot). This position is highly execution-focused, ensuring campaigns are set up, managed, and optimised efficiently to achieve the campaign objective. The role requires strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work within digital platforms to maximise campaign performance.

* Primary: Campaign Team, Account services colleagues across the three offices
* Secondary/Ad hoc: Content team, Creative team, Marketing & BD teams
External: N/A
Reports to: Head of Campaign
Reporting team: Campaign
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
* Monitor campaigns and identify ways of improvement
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders to prepare and maintain the media plan
* Support the team in the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns on channels including SEO, SEM, and social media paid campaigns
* Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, email)
* Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and insights for clients
* Use data to optimise campaigns and improve results
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
* Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance to the Campaign Team
Campaign Operations
* Assist in setting up UTM parameters, and ensuring proper tagging for accurate reporting
* Maintain campaign documentation, including budgets, timelines, and performance benchmarks
* Ensure all campaign assets (ad copies, visuals, landing pages) are correctly uploaded and functioning on various platforms
Campaign Support
* Assist the campaign team with platform audits to assess performance and identify optimisation opportunities
* Conduct market research to support campaign planning and strategy
* Support proposal development by gathering insights, data, and relevant case studies
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential:
* Formal qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent
* Demonstrable/proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the B2B industry
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Demonstrable digital marketing skills
* Knowledge of at least one social media monitoring and measurement tool
* Basic knowledge on digital advertising and campaign management on at least one of these platforms:
* LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, Google Ads or Meta Ads
* Foundational understanding audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign objectives
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail - ability to set up campaigns correctly, ensuring tracking are properly implemented
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Desirable:
* Understanding of the digital landscape
* Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
* Presentation skills
* Time management skills
* Calm under pressure
