The site sits within commuter distance of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Wiltshire, Hertfordshire and London City. As a Charge Nurse you will work closely with the Unit’s Modern Matron, Ward Manager and Clinical Nurse Lead. You will be an integral part of the MDT comprising of nursing, medical, psychology and occupational therapy team members. You will be able to develop your own practice, and support others to develop theirs. With a reputation for excellence and providing a range of evidence-based care, our service offers an attachment model of care which is tailored to each individual’s needs along with a range of therapies and experiences to assist in person’s recovery journey.
