This role is central to our project execution and requires exceptional organisation, supply chain management, and multitasking skills. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Requirements Project Planning & Coordination Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution. Use Monday.com to track tasks, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Supply Chain & Subcontractor Management Write and manage Scopes of Work (SoW) for subcontractors. Oversee internal and external supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Instruct, manage, and monitor subcontractors, ensuring performance meets KPIs and SLAs. Issue RFQs and manage procurement for suppliers and contractors. Site & Client Management Conduct site surveys and prepare design specifications. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert project updates. Oversee installation and commissioning, ensuring quality control and compliance. Manage risk assessments, method statements, and health & safety documentation. Project Documentation & Reporting Ensure all project documentation is submitted and maintained. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and financial tracking. Coordinate with finance for accurate invoicing and cost control. Complete snagging, handover processes, and O&M manual submissions. Core Competencies Exceptional organisation skills – ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong supply chain management – experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Multitasking – ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines without compromising quality. Minimum Requirements A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a relevant vocational qualification. Experience using Monday.com (or similar project management tools). Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Valid UK driving licence. Electrical qualification (preferred). PRINCE2 or PMP certification (preferred). CSCS card holder (or eligible). Experience in contract administration and contractor management. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations (CDM, RAMS).
