You will have an essential role in the quality control of our products ensuring they conform to the highest standards and meet the required safety and quality standards. The quality checks must be fully documented raising any defects or issues with supervisors and managers. Roles and Responsibilities: First line testing and inspection of incoming products at goods in stage, to ensure that products are fully ready for dispatch when required and maintain available stock levels Moving stock within the warehouses once goods in checks have been preformed Troubleshooting issues and executing fault corrections Liaising with operations/warehouse/technical departments to resolve issues Maintaining concise test records Qualifications: Although this area of work is open to all with relevant experience candidates with experience of working in a medical devices environment would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given. Preferred Skills: Being systematic and accurate Self-motivated and willing to be flexible Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team Ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus Logical thinker IT literate Ability to maintain focus whilst undertaking repetitive tasks Fork lift driving licence In addition, employees may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required of them.
