As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the new claims system implementation project. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. Create and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders and ensuring transparency in project progress. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that system functionality meets business requirements and industry standards. Provide training and support to users during the transition to the new claims system. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the insurance industry, particularly focused on claims management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
