About the Role
The Supplier Relationship Management Team within Procurement is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to lead and manage our strategic Master Service Agreement (MSA) partner arrangements that support both the delivery of our change agenda and the administration of our BAU systems/applications.
The role, residing within the client's Procurement function, will lead the day-to-day management and oversight of MSA arrangements, reporting to the Supplier Relationship Management Lead. This includes overseeing all elements of supplier management such as the introduction of new services, changes to existing services, exiting services, changes to SLAs &/or KPIs, building and maintaining forecasts, and processing respective work orders.
The role will also lead governance monitoring, risk management, invoicing, financial planning, and reporting, collaborating with key parties throughout the MSA lifecycle to ensure regular reviews of commercial performance and to drive a continuous improvement agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversight and coordination of MSA activities through the end-to-end lifecycle.
* Financial planning and tracking of MSA costs ensuring baseline costs are managed and re-charge targets are met through tight control of MI.
* Management, tracking, and reporting of risks associated with MSA services.
* Assurance of MSA metrics, controls, and relevant Key Performance Indicators to support risk appetite, ensuring these are actively managed through appropriate governance forums in accordance with supplier framework and regulations.
Experience:
* Proven experience working as a Supplier Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Experience in the management of high-value MSA(s) including commercial negotiations.
* An expansive mindset with a proven record in corporate commercials and 3rd party relationships.
* Collaboration and networking skills with the ability to establish strong links with key business areas and develop relationships with new and existing partners.
* Experience in the Financial Services sector.
* Experience in working and communicating effectively with all levels of professionals up to Executive level.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to influence in a collaborative manner.
* Expert knowledge and competency in Excel and data manipulation.
* Experience in creating high-quality presentations and the ability to pitch to a senior audience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail; those little things really do matter.
* Self-motivator with good organisational and time management skills.
