As the Outdoor Sports Facilities Assistant, you should have excellent communication skills needed to deliver the highest standards of Customer Service onto our valued customers.
You’ll be responsible for preparing activity areas and ensuring that equipment is stored and made secure when not in use. And when you notice any equipment or sporting premises needs maintenance, it’s good practice to report it.
But you won’t be working alone, you’ll belong within a team, which means you need to be able to work well with others, especially someone like the ground’s contractor, for example, to ensure the pitches are well maintained and ready for use.
You must have a valid UK Driving Licence, and it would be an advantage to have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid at Work Qualification.
