Job Overview:
Arm's Userspace Enablement team is seeking a skilled and motivated C/C++ engineer to work on the Chromium open-source project.
Responsibilities:
* Developing, testing, and improving Chromium using C and C++
* Benchmarking, tracing, analysing, and investigating web workloads with tools like Perfetto and Simpleperf to understand system bottlenecks
* Preparing experimental builds for other teams within Arm and improving our continuous integration, testing, benchmarking, and delivery systems
* Working on future Arm technologies and sandboxing, inter-process communication, and security
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in C and C++ with experience with the Standard Template Library
* Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting on Linux
* Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
* Strong problem solving skills
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
* Interest or experience with the Rust programming language
* Experience with SIMD programming techniques
* Experience with core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
