Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the financial operations run smoothly.
Duties
1. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
2. Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
3. Prepare invoices and statements for clients
4. Assist in reconciling bank statements
5. Create Management Reports using our time management software, Toggl (training given)
6. Chase debt
7. Support the MD with ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
2. Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
4. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
