With ambitious plans for expansion and innovation, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to help us push boundaries and unlock new market opportunities.
In this pivotal role, you’ll define how we add even more value to our customers while exploring new sectors and territories. Our fast-paced environment combines SaaS, membership-based models, and consultancy services—so if you have experience managing products that blend software and service offerings, this could be the perfect fit for you!
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of our HR and H&S consultancy service and software products, driving their growth and success. In this role, you’ll work closely with Development, Marketing, and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, manage the full product lifecycle, and explore new market opportunities.
What that means day to day
* Creation and management of the product roadmap, identifying short-term deliverables and longer term future vision, and validating new ideas for existing and new products, assessing the suitability for inclusion on the roadmap.
* Managing the full product life cycle from discovery to commercialisation and supporting the Go To Market strategy for new products and features.
* Managing and supporting delivery of the commercial KPIs for the product.
* Collaborating with cross functional teams such as Marketing to develop a deep understanding of competitors, market trends and technology trends, and GTM teams to ensure value propositions of products are fit for purpose for sales enablement.
* Driving and owning continuous improvement using key product analytics to prove out the theories validated at discovery stage and iterated during development, test and usability stages.
What you’ll need to be successful
* Product experience in both SaaS, Membership and a Service based business.
* Experience working in agile.
* Data centric and able to utilise insights.
* Ability to unearth customer insights and champion the voice of the client.
* Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to drive product and marketing strategy.
