Were currently seeking Qualified Level 5 Nursery Practitioner who can provide attentive care and support for children in a setting based in the Blackburn area. In this role, youll play a vital part in building strong bonds with the children under your care, collaborating closely with your team members, and establishing an enriching learning environment that caters to childrens developmental needs.
Responsibilities :
* Lead a small group of children: Plan and deliver engaging activities and learning experiences that are tailored to individual needs and developmental stages.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating environment: Prepare the classroom and play areas for daily activities, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and families: Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
* Contribute to a positive team environment: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, support each other, and maintain high standards of care and practice.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation: Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and maintained accurately, including daily observations, planning, and assessments.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment: Foster a strong sense of community and belonging within the nursery, ensuring all children feel safe, respected, and valued.
Requirements :
* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate a passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well:being.
* Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how it effectively in practice.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Be enthusiastic and creative, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on childrens lives.
* Be a reliable and hardworking individual who is committed to providing high:quality care and education.
