We are currently seeking a Facilities and Sustainability Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 18 hours per week. There is flexibility on whether these hours are shared across four days, between Monday to Thursday, or condensed between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Role
As a Facilities and Sustainability Co-ordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Bristol office and manage our carbon footprint.
Specifically, you will oversee H&S, security and emergency response to our office, manage office supplies, maintenance and relationships with suppliers and vendors and ensure our environmental sustainability.
Overseeing a variety of administrative duties, you will answer phone calls, manage an email inbox, provide inductions for new starters and manage the facilities budget.
You will also maintain our carbon reduction plan, optimising our use of resources, promoting environmentally friendly practices and contributing to updates of our Sustainability Statement.
Additionally, you will:
- Update our health, safety and welfare statement and the UK Health and Welfare Manual
- Organise training for Fire Marshalls and First Aiders
- Manage emergency response plans
- Co-ordinate office events, parties and staff retreats
About You
To be considered as a Facilities and Sustainability Co-ordinator, you will need:
- At least three years’ experience in a facilities management or related role
- A passion for sustainability
- Great MS Office skills and familiarity with SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Institution of Occupational Safety and Health awareness qualification
- Fire Marshal (Warden) and Emergency First Aid at Work certificates
