Now, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to help us tell this story, someone who can craft compelling content, optimise our digital presence, and amplify our voice in the sustainability space.
The Role
This isn’t just another marketing job. You’ll be at the heart of a movement, translating complex environmental challenges into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with our Marketing & Communications team, you’ll shape our content strategy, manage our digital footprint, and ensure our messaging cuts through the noise.
Your work will drive demand, enhance engagement, and position us as the go-to authority in biodiversity and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
1. Content that Inspires: Write and refine thought leadership pieces, white papers, and case studies that make biodiversity business-critical.
2. SEO & Digital Excellence: Manage and optimise our website using SEO tools like SEMRush, enhance user experience, and drive lead conversion.
3. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media plans that increase engagement and position us as thought leaders.
4. Brand & Sales Support: Craft client-facing materials, including brochures and proposals, to showcase our expertise.
5. Analytics & Impact: Track and report on performance, using data to refine our strategy and maximise ROI.

2. A digital strategist with experience in SEO, content marketing, and web optimisation.
3. A B2B marketing pro with a background in consulting, sustainability, or science communication.
4. A results-driven thinker who thrives on data, analysis, and continuous improvement.
5. A collaborator who can work cross-functionally with consultants, leadership, and external partners.
Your Background
1. 3-5 years’ experience in content marketing, digital strategy, and SEO within a consulting firm, B2B agency, or sustainability-focused organisation.
2. Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, SE Ranking), Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
3. Strong social media management and B2B copywriting experience. Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep messaging aligned with strategic goals.
4. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (science communication/sustainability experience is a plus!).
