Processing orders Set up and verification of new customer accounts Greeting visitors Maintaining customer database Recording details of enquiries Communicating with internal departments General office admin duties Your Background: Minimum 3 years' customer service experience. Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial. Excellent customer service. Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling. Able to multi-task and prioritise.
