Job Title: Specifications Sales Manager - National Housebuilders & Social Housing Frameworks (Renewable Heating, Cooling and Hot Water Systems)
Target Market: Social Housing, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Councils, House Builders, Property Developers, New Build Homes, New Build Home Developers and Residential Housing including Retrofits.
Location: Ideally you will be located in North East Lincolnshire
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 Basic + £90k OTE + car/car allowance, laptop, mobile, health, 8% pension contribution.
The Role
A leading global manufacturer of renewable heating, cooling and hot water systems seeks a Specification Sales Manager for their most lucrative region. You will maintain and build relationships with providers of the largest new build and refurbishment housing projects via national housebuilders and social housing frameworks. This is a long-term strategic role requiring a highly consultative sales approach.
Experience Required
You must have product specification sales process experience and be currently selling into new build housing via national housebuilders or social housing frameworks. If you are selling into the new build housing sector working with regional housebuilders or social housing regionally, please still apply. The specific product you have sold is not essential as extensive training will be given. However, a passion for Net Zero, renewables, sustainability, and related areas would be advantageous.

The Package
Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between £55,000 and £60,000. The position comes with an uncapped £90k OTE, company car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 8% pension contribution and home office.
