Business Development Manager (Waste Management) Location: Remote (Covering Bournemouth, Bristol, Canterbury, Crawley, Reading, South Wales, and Torquay) Salary: £40K - £50K Uncapped Commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role Hexis Talent is working on behalf of our client to find a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will also have the flexibility to travel across the UK and, occasionally, stay overnight. You will play a key role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving growth across various industries. With complete autonomy over your schedule, you will have the freedom to manage your diary and client meetings. The role offers significant scope for growth and success, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities Lead generation and market research will be essential as you identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Youll be tasked with developing and maintaining a steady pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular progress toward monthly targets. Building long-lasting relationships with clients will be critical, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Successfully negotiating and closing deals is a key part of the role, ensuring both company and client benefit from agreements. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will support lead generation and collaborate on closing deals. You will track your sales activities using the CRM system, maintaining detailed records and reporting on progress regularly.
