Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate who would like the opportunity to gain some work experience in a Secondary School supporting a pupil with SEN/ EBD?
This school is searching for an ambitious and resilient graduate to work with and support a pupil who has Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. This role would ideally suit a Psychology graduate; however, all disciplines are accepted (with the right experience).
This rewarding role is a unique opportunity to guide and develop a young person’s educational experience!
Responsibilities:
* Run 1:1 & small group interventions
* Work with experienced & dedicated Inclusion Team

You will need to have:
* Psychology or related degree needed
* Strong A Levels and GCSE grades
* A passion to work with Secondary age pupils with SEN/EBD
* Resilience to take on a challenging but rewarding role
* Experience on placements/previous work supporting SEN or EBD
* Confidence to manage challenging behaviour
