Description
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Setting up new starters and administering finishers
Updating P11'D's
Issuing P45's
Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProfile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
A strong understanding of payroll best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
For this role, having access to your own transport is an advantage
Ideally you will be immediately available
Be able to commit to a 12 month temporary assignment.Job Offer
