Description and Requirements
Lenovo’s Global Accounts organization is responsible for managing the company’s largest and most strategic multinational customers. These Fortune 300 enterprises span various industries and rely on Lenovo for cutting-edge hardware, infrastructure, services, and solutions to drive their digital transformation.
We are seeking an Inside Sales Director to lead our EMEA Inside Sales team within the Global Accounts organization. You can be based in Europe and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales execution, and leading a high-performing inside sales team focused on Lenovo’s portfolio of PC devices, infrastructure, services, and solutions.
The Inside Sales Director will play a critical role in aligning with field sales leaders, optimizing inside sales strategy, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement high-performance inside sales strategies aligned with global business objectives.
2. Revenue Optimization: Drive consistent revenue growth through process optimization and identification of new opportunities within global accounts.
3. Collaborative Sales Alignment: Partner with global account managers, field sales, and channel partners for seamless customer engagement.
4. Comprehensive Portfolio Sales: Ensure effective sales of PCs, infrastructure, services, and solutions across Lenovo's portfolio.
5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
6. Key Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 300 clients, ensuring strategic partnership.
7. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams for effective go-to-market strategies.
8. Data-Driven Sales Operations: Manage pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment using analytics, CRM, and AI tools for continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications & Experience
1. Extensive Relationship-Focused Sales Leadership: Over 10 years cultivating strong client relationships and driving revenue in inside, enterprise, or global sales.
2. Collaborative Revenue Achievement: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, consistently exceeding targets through shared success.
3. Deep IT Solution Understanding: Expertise in understanding client needs and providing tailored IT solutions, including PC devices, infrastructure, and services.
4. Global Client Partnership Development: Experience nurturing relationships with Fortune 300 clients in complex, multinational sales environments.
5. Strategic Communication and Influential Leadership: Exceptional ability to build consensus, communicate effectively, and guide stakeholders toward shared goals.
6. Data-Informed, Client-Centric Strategy: Proficient in using CRM and AI analytics to understand client behavior and optimize pipeline management.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Influence: Skilled at fostering partnerships across teams to drive strategic sales initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
