Are you a registered nurse looking for a new challenge? If so, this is an ideal opportunity for you to join our dialysis team at Dialysis Assessment Unit.
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse who is interested in patient empowerment and training to help us deliver high-quality care to our patients. You need to have a passion for patient education and in-home therapies. We aim to support dialysis patients in their choice of flexibility and independence, which will result in better health, fewer medications, and less lifestyle restriction imposed by conventional schedules. We strive for excellence and play a major role in advancing renal care nationally, whilst Nephrology nursing provides a rare opportunity to care for people with chronic complex conditions and influence positive outcomes. You can expect training that will enable you to become competent in hemodialysis. In return for your skills, enthusiasm, and commitment, we offer fantastic development and career opportunities and a supportive management structure to develop and achieve your potential as a band 5 nurse.
