Business Administrator – Entry level – All training and further development included
As the civil engineering business is booming, our head office is seeking a minimum of 2 new members to join our growing team based on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet. (Transport essential as out of town location). Your role is within office administration to support our depots that sell products across the UK - no civil engineering product knowledge is required.
Key Job Roles
* Statement reconciliation
* Posting customer payments to Sage 200
* Invoice processing
* Opening customer accounts
* Managing busy email inbox and phone
* Assisting depots across the UK – suppliers and customers
* Filing and general office admin
* Using Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
