The Job:
Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to make an impact in sales? This exciting role puts you at the heart of a growing team, connecting with farmers to deliver tailored feed solutions and drive business success. Work closely with field account managers to grow relationships, maximize sales, and provide top-tier advice to customers—all from the convenience of a phone-based setup.
1. Be the go-to expert for farmers, selling a diverse range of products, from palletized feeds to seeds, fertilizers, and calf milk replacers.
2. Collaborate with field sales teams to uncover new opportunities and boost sales across all product lines.
3. Lead campaigns, follow up on leads, and ensure farmers get the right solutions for their needs.
4. Play a key role in growing accounts by cross-selling and driving new business opportunities.
The Candidate:
1. A motivated sales professional with 2+ years of experience.
2. Agricultural experience or interest would be highly desirable.
3. A natural communicator with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
4. Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
5. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools.
The Package:
1. Base salary £28,000-£32,000 DOE.
2. Commission.
