We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our established and friendly HR team as an Organisational Development Lead (OD Lead). The role: This role is crucial in creating, developing, and maintaining a modern, innovative, high-performing, healthy and engaged workforce. You will support the HR and Workforce Development Manager on all leadership development, team development and talent management including wellbeing, culture, inclusion and organisational change. Working closely with the HR Business Partners, Learning and Development Advisor and Workforce Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you will lead on all OD activities in line with the People Strategy and Our Direction. What you will need: You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified and have relevant operational and strategic OD and/or L and D experience. You will have a proven track record in delivering culture change programmes, employee engagement initiatives and demonstrable experience in designing and delivering organisational development interventions. You will have experience in implementing various learning methods and developing relevant policies and procedures. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, training delivery and facilitation skills, be customer focused, flexible and embrace team working.
