We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance throughout their solar energy journey. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued clients.
Duties include:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Booking customers for solar surveys.
3. Supporting the resolution of technical queries and system faults.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, provide support during the sales process, and ensure a seamless transition for customers.
5. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records, including interactions, inquiries, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, proactively suggesting process enhancements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar energy regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and technical support, to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve any operational challenges.
9. Supporting the growth of the Customer Service team.
Essential Skills:
1. Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse situations and provide effective solutions.
4. Background of coaching/training team members.
5. Positive can-do attitude.
6. IT Literate.
7. Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Desirable:
1. A passion for renewable energy.
