We are recruiting for a Customer Services Consultant to help us provide a consistently high standard of service. Dealing with all aspects of administration of customer and colleague requests, in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

The team you will be joining the Financial Advice – Customer Services is a team of 3, working in the wider Money Operations Team to help deliver an excellent customer journey for our Financial Advice customers.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Accurately input and amend customer details onto the back office system, maintaining a customer focus including the integrity of data.
* Prepare any pre-filled paperwork necessary for customers and 3rd party providers to facilitate customer request given.
* Follow the checking procedures for all relevant tasks to ensure processed within agreed SLA’s and with no errors.
* Deal with outgoing calls to providers to resolve queries/issues.
* Understand the wide range of FA products available and the necessary process to trade these on 3rd party systems.
* On hand training is provided
