We are currently seeking a SeniorFacilities Manager who will manage the site based employees(maintenance, cleaning, catering and more) assigned to the contract.The Senior Facilities Manager will need a considerable understandingof delivering both hard and soft services facilities management andhave operated within the commercial / property / manufacturingsectors. You will report to the Regional Director to align and deliverstrategic targets and management of key account objectives in linewith the overall business objectives across your site.
This is a critical, client-facing role whichencompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financialmanagement and control and the hands on daily operational managementof high value contract. The role will also involve businessdevelopment activity where appropriate, with a view to increasingturnover and profitability.
Skills &Experience:
* Demonstrable experienceas a Senior FM or Account manager.
* Experience in managingsoft and hard services, ideally in a manufacturing environments
* Experience and ability to effectively manage a P&L anddeliver against business targets.
* Experience of working in apressurised, results focussed, service environment safely.
* Ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of directreports.
* Ability to develop and implement innovative servicedelivery in line with strategic business objectives.
* Abilityto present effectively to client senior management teams and operationcontract staff.
* Experience of successfully leading teamsthrough change.
* Successful interpersonal skills and anability to establish credibility quickly.
* Working with GMPand in a manufacturing experience would be desirable.
We’ll make sure that you have everything you needto do a great job. You will already have experience gained in asimilar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to beflexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
