Hourly rate:£18.00 to £23.00 per hour, plus paid handover
Hours:39 hours per week
Shifts:Days (7:45-20:00) OR nights (19:45-8:00), shifts available across Monday to Sunday

About the role:
* Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
* Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
* Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
* Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensureadherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
* Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
About you:
* The right to work in the UK
* Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
* Previous experience in elderly care is essential to be considered
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
* Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
* A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude and a flexible work ethic
