Responsibilities:
* Collect daily duties from Ashford office, including run sheets, documents and payment methods required.
* Deliver all documents to clients and Embassies in good order, adhering to all time restrictions and third party requirements.
* Collect documents from clients and Embassies, adhering to all time restrictions and requirements.
* Facilitate payments on the Company’s behalf, in the form of card, cheque and cash payments.
* Maintain an accurate record of all collections and deliveries, ensuring POD’s are collected.
* Undertake administrative duties as required, including building the courier runs on the company database and request the appropriate payment method from the responsible person(s).
* Take responsibility for the security of documentation and payment methods.
* Utilise the QR code system in real time to ensure all documents are trackable by the office team and clients.
* Maintain an accurate record of payments made.
* Build a strong rapport with clients and Embassies.
* Keep the company vehicle provided clean and maintained. Report any damage, maintenance issues or accidents to Line Manager.
* Liaise with the Line Manager as required through the working day to ensure all collections/deliveries are completed successfully.
* Any other duties, as requested by Management, to support the running of the business.
