Job summary Job Summary: The post holder will lead and develop the finance and performance function of both Lancaster Medical Practice and Lancaster Medical Group, to ensure robust delivery of financial and performance services. The post holder is responsible for management of all aspects of financial services, as well as driving the high standard of performance for the organisation. The post holder will remain accountable to the Director of Finance, Performance and Contracting and the Senior Leadership Team through regular financial and performance reporting. The post holder will take the lead on Finance and Performance services by devising and implementing appropriate practice policies and procedures, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all matters relating to Finance and Performance.
