Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader to join our team at Paint Pots Nurseries and Pre-schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pre-school room, ensuring that we provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment that meets the needs of all children.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in early years education and a strong understanding of child development principles.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
* Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality care and education.
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help them meet their responsibilities.
* Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and quality assurance processes.
