Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 - 1 hr lunch break. There may be a requirement to work later than this on some occasions depending on level of work.
Report to: Head of Auctions/ Residential Lettings
Holiday Allocation: 25 days per annum
Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role as well as a full UK driving licence.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share among your competition, changing products, marketing, or pricing strategy as needed.
2. Constantly screen competitor activity and customer experience to maintain and develop strategies for increasing volume and market share.
3. Network and build relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities for the company.
4. List properties to market using market research of comparable property, experience, and knowledge of the local market.
5. Market and advertise rental properties to attract potential tenants using systems and portals and other means provided.
6. Conduct viewings of properties with prospective tenants.
7. Screen tenants to ensure suitability for that particular property.
8. Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
9. Manage finances and collect rent for related properties.
10. Manage and maintain rental properties with good, qualified trades.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
12. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to Branch Support role.
13. Monitor the performance of employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
14. Support and help employees with growth in their role and encourage training and studying for relevant qualifications to succeed further in their career.
15. Implement systems to encourage the safety of all employees whilst undertaking their role on behalf of the company.
16. Assist the sales department as and when required.

1. Knowledge of the residential lettings processes.
2. Proven ability to deliver financial targets and KPIs.
3. Positive ‘can do’ attitude and role model within the office environment.
4. Team leader and player.
5. Experience in managing people and processes.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
7. Committed to providing a high standard of customer care.
8. Computer literate and well-presented.
9. In-depth knowledge of the prevailing legislation.
