The Role:
Supporting the International Standards Manager in delivering an effective testing regime to ensure New Look products are safe, meet regulatory obligations in traded markets, reduce risk, and promote performance for customers.

What you’ll be doing:
* Collaborating with laboratories to manage testing queries
* Reviewing laboratory performance and testing costs annually
* Driving suppliers towards testing compliance — completeness, timeliness, pass rates — and supporting self-approval status
* Triaging testing issues to allow technologists to focus on failures, supported by lab staff
* Managing and promoting the accredited Mill Lab programme, including documentation review with the International Standards Manager
* Reporting on supplier KPIs and risk areas
* Monitoring fabric programme performance across departments
* Supporting underperforming suppliers towards improvement (Red, Amber, Green testing lists)
Who you are:
* Qualified and interested in fabric technology (performance-focused)
* Familiar with basic testing methods and protocols; experience with testing platforms is a plus
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to identify patterns and risks in reports
* Understanding of legal aspects related to fibre content, flammability, etc.
* Excellent communication skills, internally and externally
* Early career experience in a buying office is beneficial
* At least 2 years' experience in test reporting (supplier, lab, or buying)
* Resilient, proactive, and a good problem solver
