In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Continuously assess and maintain the security of IT infrastructure Monitor systems for signs of security breaches and investigate alerts Provide technical security support and training to users Assist with IT audits and work towards Cyber Essentials Plus certification What We’re Looking For Proven experience in maintaining the security of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, network switches, servers, VM environments, client machines, and cloud services. Proficiency in security-related software and tools, understanding of secure network architectures, experience with encryption and security protocols, and familiarity with threat modelling and risk assessments. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills to identify security threats and implement effective solutions. Ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical staff and provide security training and awareness.
