The Role
* As a Senior Associate / Salaried Partner, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and leading commercial real estate transactions with autonomy and confidence.
* Advising clients on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work, and development projects.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to businesses across multiple sectors.
* Identifying new business development opportunities and contributing to the department’s growth strategy.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional development.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years PQE in Commercial Real Estate within a reputable law firm.
* Strong experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
* The ability to work independently, manage complex transactions, and communicate effectively with clients.
* Business development skills – a proactive approach to growing client relationships and expanding your professional network.
* A commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
