SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Bilston (WS14) who are looking for an Interim Project Manager to join the team £250 - £400 per day DoE About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the Board in executing their strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring accountability, and driving progress across various action points. Initially, the role will be admin-heavy, focusing on structuring workflows, tracking key milestones, and keeping the Board informed and aligned. Depending on experience, there is potential for the successful candidate to take on a more hands-on role in project execution. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain structured project plans for Board initiatives, outlining key actions, owners, and deadlines. - Create weekly action plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives. - Monitor and report on milestones, highlighting risks, missed deadlines, and corrective actions. - Ensure Board members stay on top of their tasks by providing timely updates, reminders, and support. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and action logs. - Identify inefficiencies in project execution and propose solutions to streamline processes. - Depending on experience, contribute directly to project workstreams and support key initiatives. Skills & Experience Required - Proven experience in project management, ideally within a strategic or corporate environment. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to track, document, and report on project progress. - Ability to work with senior stakeholders, providing structured updates and ensuring accountability. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - A proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges. - Experience in an administrative or coordination-heavy role is highly desirable or even an Executive Assistant with project management - A relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus but not essential
