Overview

5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and service enhancements.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
