Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled Non-Working Foreman with a strong trades background, preferably in Joinery, to join our team on a major Cat A refurbishment project in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a high-profile project from May 2025 through December 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring the work is completed to the highest standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate various trades and subcontractors on-site.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
4. Liaise closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and address any site issues.
5. Ensure that all work meets the high-quality standards required for a Cat A fit-out project.
6. Provide guidance, training, and support to the site workforce to maintain efficiency and safety.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Significant experience in a foreman role, with a background in Joinery or another relevant trade.
2. Strong expertise in Cat A fit-out projects, particularly high-grade refurbishments.
3. Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Project Details:
This is a major Cat A refurbishment project located in Edinburgh City Centre. The project runs from May 2025 through to December 2027, offering long-term job stability. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-profile office fit-out to the highest specifications.
