Ideally, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across site, predominantly plumbing based. Tasks such as toilet seat replacement or similar. Duties and Responsibilities Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of buildings and facilities. Performing minor electrical and carpentry repairs, along with plumbing issues. Responding promptly to responsive and reactive maintenance requests. Collaborating with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure a well-maintained and undisrupted site.
