If youd like to put your skills to use, were looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join a small, but growing Marketing team within the UKs number-one aesthetics equipment supplier, on a FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. The Aesthetics industry is booming, thanks to advances in technology and growing customer demand. As a Product Marketing Specialist, youll take the lead in developing and executing campaigns that bring their products to life for their customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and promotional strategies across all touchpoints. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling content that resonates with the target audience, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the B2B space. A typical day could involve any of the following responsibilities: Content Creation and Copywriting : Write, edit, and curate content for diverse platforms including digital (blog posts, social media, videos, podcasts) and traditional marketing assets (emails, brochures, case studies). Graphic Design Collaboration : Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages. Provide input on design elements such as layout, infographics, and imagery. Content Distribution and Promotion : Develop distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to reach B2B audiences. Utilise email marketing, social media, industry publications, and partnerships for content promotion. Product Content Calendar Management : Plan and maintain a content calendar ensuring a consistent flow of content addressing B2B audience needs throughout the sales funnel. Go To Market Strategy Development : Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop Go To Market strategies for new product launches. Content Repurposing and Recycling : Maximise the value of B2B content by repurposing and recycling assets across different formats and channels. Lead Generation Support : Create content assets designed to generate leads and support lead nurturing efforts targeting specific segments of the B2B audience. Sales Enablement Content : Collaborate with sales teams to develop content supporting the sales process such as presentations, product sheets, competitive battle cards, and customer success stories. Content Governance and Compliance : Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards across all communications. Industry Trends Monitoring : Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and maintain relevance with B2B audiences. The Ideal Person is/has: Creativity - Able to create or direct a strong creative that reflects their brand. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Graphic design experience in a marketing or advertising agency would be desirable. Sense of aesthetics the ability to perceive and process the visual appeal of a piece of marketing content; can create sophisticated, impactful visual images to communicate the brand identity. Priority Setting and collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, effectively communicating and presenting design concepts.
