Your Role
As a VDA Estimator, you’ll be responsible for managing the repair process from assessment through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex and produce cost estimates
*
Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure a seamless repair journey
*
Ensure all estimates comply with BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards
*
Monitor and manage workflow to meet performance targets and SLAs
*
Uphold quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment
*
Work collaboratively within the team and support others when needed
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in a VDA or estimating role within accident repair
*
Proficiency with Audatex and knowledge of modern repair methods
*
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
*
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
*
Understanding of both manufacturer specifications and insurance processes
*
ATA certification in Estimating (preferred) – training and renewal support available
*
Experience with commercial vehicle estimating is a bonus
