Support branches with Estate Agency compliance queries via email and phone, escalating when necessary. Ensure a strong understanding of The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Estate Agency legislation. Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30am – 5pm / 9am - 5:30pm.
