An established family business within the Construction Sector is looking to hire a sole charge Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working in the South-East London offices 5 days a week and reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager will:
Duties of the Finance Manager Role:
* Oversee transactional Accounting including Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Engage with the external firm of Chartered Accountants for any VAT or Payroll inquiries
* Produce accurate project costings
* Submit CIS returns.
* Process and reconcile company credit cards and expenses.
* Ad-hoc Office Management duties
Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:
* AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
* Experience working within the Construction sector
* Good Excel skills
* Strong organisational skills
