The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and committed to fostering a love of learning in young children. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
* Engage in continuous professional development
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1)
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching young children
