Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school in Small Heath to join their staff on a long-term basis. Our client wants to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to work with children with SEN in a resource base. Responsibilities in this role include supporting the children to meet their individual needs, keeping them engaged and monitoring their progress. Personal care may be required. This Teaching Assistant role is to start in September and is ongoing on a long term basis. The position is full time 08:30-15:30.
